Fitness and Fellowship

The Health and Wellness Ministry is continuing with another Fitness and Fellowship event, Saturday, July 19th. You’ll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of activities — walking, running or virtual yoga.

Walking:    Meet at the 43rd Street Pedestrian Bridge. We will kick things off with stretching and a group photo at 7:15 AM. Take off no later than 7:30AM. We will walk 30 minutes out and 30 minutes in.

Running:    Meet at the 43rd Street Pedestrian Bridge. We will kick things off with stretching and a group photo at 7:15 AM. Take off no later than 7:30AM.

Virtual Yoga:   We will meet virtually at 9AM via Zoom.

This is a perfect way to help us grow stronger in body and spirit, together! Let’s prioritize our well-being as a church family!
