CP Cares is a new serve team created to support our church family during some of life’s most difficult moments.

CP Cares will help serve during funerals, memorial services and repasts—offering practical support, a comforting presence and the kind of love that reminds people they are not alone. Our next opportunity to serve will be the Barden-Craig Family Memorial on Friday, July 31.

If you have a heart for caring for others and would like to be part of this important ministry, click here to join the CP Cares team and sign up to serve.

Our Back to School Drive is coming up on August 1st, and this year, instead of uniforms, we’ll be providing students in our community with something every child needs to walk into the new school year with confidence: a brand-new pair of shoes. We are looking for volunteers to support the event.  If you are interested in serving, please use this link to sign up. Your participation will allow us to bless students and families with new shoes as they prepare for a fresh start this school year!

Our next session of CP Circles starts in September – who’s excited?!!?  CP Circles is a fantastic way to find community and grow in your Christian walk.  Circles are designed to tap into key topics of growth, as well as interests, so we want to hear from you! Use this link to provide ideas on new CP Circle groups. We leverage that list to determine circles for the next session.  Let’s connect and grow together!

We want to hear from you! Your input and feedback are invaluable.

Our Back to School Drive is coming up on August 1st, and this year, instead of uniforms, we’ll be providing students in our community with something every child needs to walk into the new school year with confidence: a brand-new pair of shoes. We’re inviting every person who is able to help us fund this initiative. Your generosity will allow us to bless students and families with new shoes as they prepare for a fresh start this school year.To give, simply text SHOES to 312-313-1800 followed by the dollar amount. You can also add “Shoes” to your Zelle or offering envelope subject line. Let’s come together and help our students step into this school year covered, cared for, and confident.

Looking for a group of men to walk with you through the real issues of life? Our Men’s Bible Discussion meets twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, creating space for honest conversation around topics that matter most to men. This is a safe, supportive environment to grow in faith, learn together, and build meaningful relationships. If you’re looking for connection, accountability, and spiritual growth, sign up today and be part of a dynamic men’s community.

Soul Rise Sessions are back!  If you enjoyed the morning calls during the fast, or if you’re simply looking to start your day with your mind and heart focused on Christ, this is for you. Soul Rise Sessions are 30-minute morning prayer calls where we spend a few moments in a quick devotional and then pray together to start the day. It’s a powerful way to grow in your faith and connect with a community pursuing a deeper relationship with the Lord. If you’re seeking more intentional time with God and want to start your mornings centered in Him, we invite you to join us  on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6AM.

We’re circling back to our Brown Bag Food Pantry initiative. We’re still collecting donations to help stock our shelves—but we want to make sure we’re offering quality to those in need. As you bring your items in, please make sure they are new, unopened, and not expired. We had to toss a few donations in April because they weren’t usable, and we want to ensure that what we give is something we’d gladly receive ourselves. If you’d prefer to support financially, you can do that too! Just text the keyword Food Pantry followed by the dollar amount to 312-313-1800. Let’s continue to be a blessing to our community.
