This SMS service is offered by City Point Community Church. We are a church community practicing "Socially-Conscious Christianity," which fuses faith with social impact to do good inside and outside of the church's walls.

By opting into this SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from us, including but not limited to:
- Church service times and schedule changes
- Special events and ministry activities
- Prayer requests and spiritual encouragement
- Community outreach opportunities
- Volunteer coordination
- Important church announcements and updates

2.2 Opt-Out, Rejoining, and Help Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time.

- Opt-Out: Simply text the keyword STOP to our church messaging number. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

- Rejoining: To rejoin the program, sign up as you did initially (e.g., through our website or at church), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

2.3 Messaging Disclaimers

- Message and Data Rates: Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

- Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Compliance: We adhere to industry standards and applicable law concerning mobile text messaging campaigns. There may be additional compliance requirements under applicable law based on the nature of your text messaging campaign.

When You create an account with Us (for online giving, event registration, or other church services), You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service.

- All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be disclosed to any external entities, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
